There are many causes for vomiting in cats, some of which are obvious, such as overeating, eating toxins and eating grass or house plants. Other causes of vomiting in cats, maybe liver disease and allergic reactions. So although vomiting may be a symptom of cat diabetes, you really need to take a wholistic look to see what the real issue is.
